移除pc-cillin
(1)PC-cillin 2000 如果使用控制台新增移除或程式集清單無法移除 PC-cillin 2000 。請連接到以下的網址 : http://www.trendmicro.com.tw/solutionbank/consumer/Show_SB.asp?L1ClassNo=4%26L2ClassNo=37%26SBNo=49
(2)PC-cillin2002如果使用控制台新增移除或程式集清單無法移PC-cillin2002 , 請以下列方式解除安裝. 如果 PC-cillin2002 程式仍可執行, 請先關閉 POP3 郵件掃描功能,恢復郵件伺服器之原來設定, 如果已無法執行,請解除安裝 PC-cillin2002 後重新設定.然後請到趨勢下載解除安裝程式 WinXP : Tmuinst-xp.zip,解壓縮後執行 pccuinst.exe--- 重新開機 註: 如果 pccunist.exe 無法執行 或執行時出現下列錯誤訊息Uninstallation has been interrupted because no valid product code was identified.請先執行 pcc2002.reg 後再重新執行 pccunist.exe
(3)pc-cillin2003如果使用控制台新增移除或程式集清單無法移,請到趨勢http://www.trendmicro.com.tw/support/downloads/pc-cillin/tool/pcc2003/PCC10UninstTool-XP.zip
解壓縮後執行 pccuinst.exe再重新開機 ...
(4)pc-cillin2004按下「開始∣程式集∣Trend Micro PC-cillin 2004∣解除安裝」,再到program中找看看目錄在不在....還在就刪掉....如果實在不行就下載pcctool.exe來解除安裝即可....
(5)pc-cillin2005按下「開始∣程式集∣Trend Micro PC-cillin 2005∣解除安裝」,再到program中找看看目錄在不在....還在就刪掉....如果實在不行就下載pcctool.exe
來解除安裝即可....

刪除PC-cillin2003 目錄原始設定為 C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\PC-cillin 2003\ Windows2000 Pro \ Windows XP
請於 開始\執行 , 輸入 Regedit.exe 後按"確定"
開啟 "登錄編輯程式" , 刪除下列資料
