While mixing N.O.-Xplode 2.0 do not shake! Stir powder with utensil.
Directions: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 5-6 oz of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before training. If desired, use a second scoop at least 3 hours after using the initial scoop. For best results, use a third scoop 3 hours after the second scoop. Do not exceed 3 scoops in one day. To achieve maximum results take on an empty stomach.
Directions on Non Training Days: Mix 1 scoop with 5-6 oz of cold water and consume on an empty stomach.
For maximum results consume 120 oz of water per day alongside a protein and carbohydrate-rich diet. Your body chemistry and weight will determine how long it takes to experience the initial effects of N.O.-Xplode 2.0. After 12 weeks of use, discontinue for at least 4 weeks. Store N.O.-Xplode 2.0 in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

Consult a physician before use. Not for use by those with pre-existing medical conditions or taking any medications, those under the age of 18 or over 50, women that are contemplating pregnancy, pregnant or nursing, those that have high blood pressure or heart problems, or those that are caffeine or beta-alanine sensitive. Excessive caffeine may cause nervousness, sleeplessness, and occasional rapid heart rate. Always begin use with 1 scoop or less mixed with water and assess your tolerance. Do not exceed more than three scoops per day, consumed several hours apart, or consume caffeine or stimulants from other sources. Do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not use for more than 6 months without at least 2 weeks off cycle every 8 weeks.
Approximately 225 mg of caffeine per serving.
Before consuming N.O.-Xplode 2.0 seek advice from a physician if you are unaware of your current health condition or have any pre-existing medical condition or if you are taking an MAO inhibitor or any other medication. Reduce or discontinue use if sleeplessness, tremors, dizziness, nervousness, headaches, or heart palpitations occur. Please be aware this product contains the naturally occurring amino acid Beta-Alanine, which may cause a tingling skin sensation in some individuals similar to niacin flush. This effect should diminish after a few hours and should ultimately subside after days of continuous use. Although rare, individuals with the genetic disorder Hyper Beta-Alaninemia should not use this product. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
